Hi, we're the Greenwoods. 

​

Our educational journey is similar to that of many families nowadays. Jeremy and Kimberly grew up attending public school, and then Kimberly was trained as an educator, going on to teach at a public school. As our own children reached school age, we realized their needs would not be fully met in a public school setting and would require alternative forms of education. This realization was partly due to the specific struggles our children face, which include ASD (autism), ADHD, anxiety, as well as vision and hearing impairments - and thus "A House of Learning" was born. It is our goal to create a naturally thriving learning environment for children. Whether that be through reading, writing, singing, playing, building, or creating.

In the coming years, Kimberly will use her knowledge and skills gained as a professional educator and homeschooling mother to design learning environments more suited to the children of today. We would love to have your family join us on our journey to finding the best educational experience for each of our children.
